Owning your own home abroad is everyone's dream but if you are not yet ready to retire and enjoy the full benefits of your new property then keeping two homes can be expensive.

We take care of every aspect of the rental program for you. We will collect all rental payments for you and pass them on to your designated account.

For example: one of our clients owns a 3 bedroom duplex in Anfi Tauro and during 2005 and 2006 we managed to rent out his property for him for 80% of the time. At an average weekly rental of 520€ this was a great financial benefit to him during the years he knew he wouldn't be able to use his property personally.
